Chocolate Plunge

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 one ounce squares semisweet chocolate

    Directions

    1.) In medium sauce pan combine corn syrup and cream, bring to boil over medium heat.

    2.) Add chocolate, stir until completely melted.

    3.) Serve warm as a dip for fresh fruits, cookies and cakes.
