Beat eggs lightly with mixer in medium bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves. Mix well. Add evaporated milk gradually and mix well. Spoon into pie shells. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake for 40-50 minutes longer until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand until cool. Yield 2 pies, 12 servings.
