First roast peanuts by placing in a glass baking dish. Dot with butter. Microwave 2 minutes and then stir, continue microwaving and stiring every 2 minutes until it has cooked for 10 minutes. Add salt and stir. Peanuts will continue to cook a bit after removed from the microwave. After you have roasted peanuts, toss all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months. Yield: 14 - 1/2 cup servings.
