Easy Chicken Salad

Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 Cup chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded chedder cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbl. chopped pimento 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
  • salt & pepper to taste

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and spread on your favorite bread or cracker. Perfect for anytime.
