Sugar-Free No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
- 2 c. fructose
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. butter buds liquid
- 1/2 c. dry powdered milk
Mix together in a pan and bring to a boil.
Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from burner. Add:
- 3 c. dry oats
- 1 t. vanilla flavoring
- 1 t. peanut butter flavoring
- 1/2 c. natural peanut butter
Mix together quickly and spoon onto sprayed cookie sheet or waxed paper and cool. When cool, store in a closed container to prevent stickiness. Roll in balls or pat flat. Eat sparingly. This is not a low calorie recipe. It is a protein, high fiber carbohydrate treat and will serve as a high energy food. Recipe may be altered to taste. Crunchy peanut butter may be used. Coconut may be used as part of the 3 cups oats. Coconut will add to the calorie count. If the humidity is high you may need to add more oats. For a crunchy cookie, add 1 cup Fiber One cereal.
