1 pork loin crown roast
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. dried basil

Place the pork loin crown roast in a large pan. in a small mixing bowl, add all other ingredients. Whisk together thoroughly and pour over roast. Using your hands, rub the marinade all over the roast. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cover with foil and cook an additional hour. Remove from oven and let roast rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
