Lobster/Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients


  • 1 8oz. package of lobster delights imitation lobster meat or real lobster (both work)

  • 4 tablespoons of diced cranberries

  • 1/4 cup of cooking sherry

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • Directions

    Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Allow cream to thicken and spoon on top of roasted turkey.
