Stuffed Pasta Shells w/ Creme Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Hamburger Meat
  • 1 container of frozen Spinach
  • 1 container of Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 bag of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 box of large pasta shells
  • basil
  • thyme
  • 1 container of Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese

    Directions

    Fry hamburger meat thoroughly. Drain the grease. Add frozen spinach until thawed. Add in container of Ricotta Cheese and small bag of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle basil and thyme seasoning. Cook Pasta until al dente. Stuff pasta shells with hamburger mixture. Place in a 11x 15" greased pan. Combine marinara sauce with 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Then pour over stuffed shells. Cover with shredded parmesan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
