Zippy Mexi Soup



1-lb. hot sausage

1/2 lb. lean ground sirloin

2-4.5 oz. cans chopped green chilies

2 cups yellow onion, diced

1-16 oz. jar Z's Creative Cuisine Chunky Corn Salsa

1-14.5 oz. can black beans

32 oz. beef broth

2 cups water

4 TBS. extra virgin olive oil

1 TBS. ground cumin

1/2 TBS. garlic powder


In a large pot over medium heat, cook sausage and beef in extra virgin olive oil and spices. Cook until done, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add all other ingredients
