Sauteed Vegetables

Ingredients


  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 1 package of white, sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large green pepper, sliced

    In a large skillet, add one stick of butter or 3 TBS extra-virgin olive oil. Add garlic powder, about 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne. Stir occasionally over medium-high heat, about 5. You want the vegetables to stay somewhat crisp, not soggy.
