- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips (save those left in the ends of bags)
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts (optional)
- 1 ¾ cups flour
Mix and form into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press each cookie down by covering a glass with a damp cloth. Sprinkle cookies with granulated sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown for ten minutes.
***Note: These cookies should be watched after 5 minutes of baking to make sure they do not overcook.
