Matt's Sausage & Cheese Balls

Matt shares a holiday favorite!

Ingredients


  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
  • 4 cups Bisquick Mix

    Directions

    Mix raw sausage into Bisquick Mix; mix in cheese. Roll into nickel-size balls. Place on cookie sheet (far enough apart that each ball may brown on all sides). Bake 350-400 degrees until sausage is completely "cooked" throughout balls. Should be lightly brown. Serve warm. May be frozen and reheated.
