- extra virgin olive oil
- boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Heat extra virgin olive oil on skillet. Add chicken and spices. Cook about ten minutes on each side. Allow chicken to cool, slice and add to your favorite greens. Use light ranch dressing or balsamic and roasted garlic dressing.
