- 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 2 half oz. cups of cream style corn
- 1 cup of half n half
- 1 cup of chopped, cooked ham
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Sauté onion in butter until tender, add remaining ingredients, cook over low heat and do not boil. Simmer for about thirty minutes and serve. Garnish with parsley.
