Ham and Corn Chowder
Ingredients
1/2 cup of coarsely chopped onion
1/2 cup of butter, melted
2 half oz. cups of cream style corn
1 cup of half n half
1 cup of chopped, cooked ham
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Sauté onion in butter until tender, add remaining ingredients, cook over low heat and do not boil. Simmer for about thirty minutes and serve. Garnish with parsley.
