Mexi-Lot Sandwich

Ingredients


  • Ground beef
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce (Kraft is recommended)
  • salt and pepper to taste



Slaw

  • cabbage
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste


Slice cabbage into fine slaw. Add BBQ sauce and water, stir. Add salt and pepper.

Directions

Start with ground beef, brown and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Serve meat warm on a toasted bun with a helping of slaw on one side and meat on the other.
