Cooking with Cathy: Mama's Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1- 16 oz bag of 1/2 spinach and 1/2 spring mix salad
1 medium red apple, chopped
1 small back dried cranberries
1 small package chopped walnuts
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 - 8 oz Package Gorgozola Cheese
1 packaged precooked chicken strips* your choice

Directions

In a large bowl, add all ingredients and toss well. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
