Chicken Alfredo

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 large mushroom, sliced
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 palm full, spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons butter or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chardonnay

    Directions

    In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken. Saute until brown on both sides, about three minutes per side. Add mushrooms, sauté two minutes. Pour Alfredo sauce over chicken. Add wine. Simmer five minutes.
