Cooking with Cathy: Pineapple Passion

Ingredients

1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1-8 oz. can softened cream cheese
6 TBS. whipping cream
1-8 oz. carton fresh raspberries
1 package dessert cakes, pound cake, or ice cream

Directions

In a large bowl, mix pineapple, cream cheese and whipping cream together. Stir to incorporate. Gently fold in raspberries. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Top dessert cakes, pound cake, or ice cream with topping. Enjoy!
