Spring Spectacular Salad

Great for spring and summer!

Ingredients


  • 1 head of red leaf lettuce
  • 1/4 sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 large, fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 bottle of raspberry vinegarette

    Directions

    Toss everything in a bowl and pour dressing. Chill for up to 30 minutes or serve immediately.
