Living Lean: Banana Split
Beth shows us her take on the classic dessert on First News AM.
3 scoops of Watermelon
1 cup of Blueberries
1 cup of Pineapple
Split the banana in a bowl. Top with 3 scoops of Watermelon, 1 cup of Blueberries, 1 cup of Pineapple, and 1 Kiwi. Add Maple Syrup and whipped cream for taste, and top with toasted almonds.
