Ingredients

Picnic Suggestions:


  • Field greens
  • Black Olives
  • Carrot sticks
  • Banana pepper
  • Avocado
  • Reuben Sandwich



Reuben Sandwich

  • Rye Bread
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • Swiss cheese
  • Shaved corn beef
  • Sauerkraut

    Directions

    Toast bread. In a small skillet over medium heat, sauté corn beef until hot. Top with cheese. While cheese is melting, spread the toast with Thousand Island dressing. Top with sauerkraut. Add corn beef and cheese. Serve with salad.
