one package of beef stew meat, cut into 1 or ½ inch cubes
one package of McCormick brown gravy
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Chop onions, garlic, tomato; add to pan. Cook vegetables in oil until soft. Add seasoning. Prepare the gravy according to instructions on package; add to pan. Add beef cubes, simmer for 40 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve over fresh mashed potatoes, top with parsley.
