Guacamole Chicken
Here another delicious take on a traditional dish. Chef Cathy spices up a dinnertime favorite with her Guacamole Chicken.

Ingredients
1 medium ripe avocado, seed removed
1 small Roma tomato, grated
1/4 cup white onion, grated
2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. sour cream
Juice of 1 small lime
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Zeis Spice:
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Grilled Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Zeis Spice:
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, add all ingredients except sour cream and oil. Mash avocado with ingredients until smooth. Slowly pour in oil, stirring constantly with a whisk. Fold in sour cream and drizzle over grilled chicken.
In a medium pan over medium-high heat, grill chicken in hot oil. Season chicken with spices, one side only. Cook until done, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Chicken is done when juices run clear.
