- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large top sirloin steak
- 1 package of Bernaise Sauce Mix
In a blender or food processor, finely chop vegetables. Add olive oil during mixing. Transfer mixture to mixing bowl and add cheese. Stir to incorporate. Slice top sirloin into large strips. Cut through the center of the meat to butterfly; not cutting all the way through. Stuff the sirloin with mixture. Grill to desired doneness on grill. Follow sauce recipe on package and spoon sauce over steak. Serve with fresh asparagus.
