Chipolte Steak with Pablano-Mango Sauce
Ingredients
- steak (your choice)
- chipolte seasoning
- 1 pablano pepper, cubed
- 1 fresh mango, cubed
- 1 pod of garlic
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- splash of white wine
Directions
Dry rub the steak with garlic and chipolte seasoning, grill to desired temperature in a sauté pan, add pepper and mango to olive oil over medium-high heat. Simmer 1 minute. Add wine. Cook only until mango is tender. Spoon over steak.
