Italian Sausage with Sauteed Veg-Med

1 package organic Italian Sausage from Dominion Farms
1 small red, green, and yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 small yellow onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper, divided
1/2 tsp. garlic powder, divided
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 TBS. extra virgin olive oil, divided
*The secret to cooking organic is SLOW & LOW!
Heat 2 TBS. of oil in a large skillet over medium heat or brush oil over
grill. Using half the garlic powder and half the lemon pepper, season sausage.
Cook for 30 minutes, turning every 4 to 5 minutes. In a large skillet over
medium-high heat, heat 2 TBS. of oil. Add peppers and onions and remaining spices.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place sausage on a serving platter and spoon sauteed vegetables on top. Serve hot!
