Where we eat pizza there is a man who blows up baloons and makes animals out of them and gives them to the children. The parents should not allow this to happen. It's like he is trying to gain their trust. Spooky. I would not let my chid take it from him. He gives me the creeps.

The best way to protect or familys from sex offenders is to hang them and we would not have to worry about it.
