This may be hard for most people to believe, but when you are out in the sun, wearing lightweight clothing that covers your skin (lightweight pants and blouses) keeps you cooler than wearing skimpy shorts and sleeveless tops. Believe me! And no, I'm not just saying that because I am sick of seeing peoples' cellulite and leathery-looking skin all summer long...
