Cody's Law
Last Updated: 5:17 PM 10/20/11 - CARTER COUNTY--Several officials from Carter county and surrounding areas gathered Wednesday afternoon at the Cater County Health Department in the hope of better understanding Cody's Law. The law, which is set to go into effect November first makes it a criminal offense for any adult to allow a minor to consume alcohol on their premises.
