SOSU football practice begins

The Southeastern football team took the field for the first time on Thursday, as they began 2-a-day workouts.

Ray Richards said that everyone that he expected to have in camp reported in time. He is missing two players that are finishing up summer school and one player on a mission trip.

The Storm were recently picked to finish 2nd in the Lone Star North according to a conference media poll.

Southeastern will open it's season on August 27th against Henderson State.

Just goes to show, that the only reason he was suspended from the team was because of the media attention and not his actions. As soon as the dust settled he was back. All the coaches and administrators care about is how the athletes perform on Faturday. They don't care what they did Friday night.... as long as it doesn't look bad for SOSU
