An Oklahoma State football player has been arrested for driving with a suspended license and no insurance.
According to the Daily O'Collegian, arrest records showed senior
cornerback Perrish Cox was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Friday in
Stillwater. Cox was booked and posted bail.
A Stillwater police spokesman didn't immediately return a call
seeking comment late Monday.
Cox, a Waco, Texas, senior, is the lone returning starter in the
secondary for the Cowboys, who will play host to Georgia in the
season opener for both teams on Saturday.
Coach Mike Gundy told reporters earlier Monday he is aware of
Cox's situation and that such things are handled internally.
