Football Adds Three to Signing Class

Southeastern head coach Bo Atterberry has announced the addition of three new players to its 2014 signing class in Greg Carter, Brandon Mays and Isaiah Robinson.

The new additions bring the 2014 signing class to a total of 37, 29 of which will be true freshmen this fall.

Carter and Mays were teammates at Irving, Texas' Nimitz High School where both were two-way players on the offensive and defensive lines.

Robinson comes to Southeastern from Lewisville, Texas and Lewisville High School where he was a defensive back.

Greg Carter
6-3, 260
Irving, Texas/Nimitz HS

A 3 year 2 way starter at Nimitz.
A two time unanimous 1st Team All District selection (2012-2013).
During the 2013 season accumulated a total of 72 tackles, 44 being solo, 14 being tackles for loss, 3 fumble recoveries and 2 pass break ups.
Voted by his teammate's in back to back years as the Team MVP (2012-2013).
Son of Felicia Griffin, he also has two brothers De'Antice Griffin and Kelly Griffin (played football at TCU).

Brandon Mays
5-9, 350
Irving, Texas/Nimitz HS

A 3 year two way starter
Two time 1st Team All District selection (2013-2013)
Voted by his teammates back to back years as the Nimitz Defensive MVP (2013-2013).
During the 2013 season accumulated 28 total tackles, causing 3 fumbles, 2 sack, and 11 tackles for loss, of his 28 tackles 20 were solo.
The son of Regina Mays and Anthony Mays and has one sister, Cyrah Mays, and one brother, AJ Mays.
