Last chance for Oklahoma QB Jones to pursue title

Heading into his senior season with No. 4 Oklahoma, there isn't much starting quarterback Landry Jones hasn't done.

He has started 37 games, thrown for more yards and touchdowns than any other Sooners quarterback and brought home a Big 12 championship and three bowl game victories. There's still one last bit of unfinished business and that's win a national championship.

Unlike Sam Bradford, Jason White and Josh Heupel since 2000, he hasn't even had the chance to play for one.

Jones skipped the chance to enter the NFL early to take one final crack at winning it all, and he'll start his pursuit Saturday night at UTEP.
