The East Central University women’s golf team will continue their 2013 Fall Season, with a stop at the UCO Classic in Oklahoma City, Okla., at the Lincoln Park East Course. The tournament will start Monday, Oct. 7 and finish Tuesday, Oct. 8.
The Lady Tigers will be one of 18 teams at the event this season, and one of seven from the Great American Conference.
ECU will be represented by one senior, two juniors, one sophomore and one freshman. All five team members played in the last outing for the Lady Tigers, who finished second at the Henderson State Lady Reddie Invitational.
Of the five participating this year, junior Lindsey Lunceford and sophomore Sarah Delong played in the same tournament in 2012. Lunceford finished 71st overall with a 161 (79-82) and Delong was 88th with a 171 (89-82).
Molli Taylor is currently second on the team with an 81.8 average after four rounds. Dutton is next on the list with an 82.3 average and Payton Taylor has an average of 88.
