Spring football is underway in Sherman. The Bearcats took the field for the first time on Tuesday, after rain forced them indoors on Monday.

Drew Young has a lot of questions going into the upcoming football season. He has to replace his starting quarterback, a division one defensive lineman, and his best special teams player.

Sherman elected to take the two weeks in the spring offered by the UIL in return for giving up one week in the fall.

The Bearcats will wrap up spring football on May 30th, when they play their annual spring game.
