SAGINAW, TX -- Angela White is virtually unhitable. She tossed her third straight shutout tonight as the S&S softball team beat Brock, 3-0, in Game 1 of a 3 game series in Saginaw.

The Lady Rams are now just one win away from advancing to the Region II Championship as their historic season continues. They can wrap up their series with the Lady Eagles Saturday afternoon.

S&S pushed across 3 runs in the bottom of the 3rd Inning Thursday night to take a 3-0 lead, and then White held Brock hitless until the 7th. She gave up the Lady Eagles' only hit of the game and then slammed the door shut, giving S&S the win.

Game 2 is set for 1:00 on Saturday back at Saginaw High School.
