11-5-05 - The Denison Yellow Jackets will keep the Ax for a 3rd straight season after a 4th quarter comeback at Sherman's Bearcat Stadium Friday night. Denison also split the district title, with some help from Wichita Falls High.

Sherman held a late lead looking for their 1st win over Denison in 3 seasons, but a 4th quarter turnover doomed the Bearcats. Stanley Morrison would score the winning TD for Denison with just :33 left in the game for the final score of 23 to 21.
