OSU holds off North Texas, 100-88

James Anderson scored 28 points and Terrel Harris added 21 to lead Oklahoma State to a 100-88 victory over North Texas Monday night.

Freshman Keiton Page scored 20 for the Cowboys (2-0), who staved off a rally by North Texas late in the first half.

North Texas (1-1) trailed by as much as 15 points but went on a 13-5 run over the final two minutes and were down 51-44 at intermission.

Early in the second half, Harris hit back-to-back 3-pointers to push the lead to 61-45, but North Texas closed the gap to nine at the 13:00 mark.

Anderson hit consecutive treys again and his dunk one possession later made it 75-58.

Josh White led the Mean Green with 23 points on 6-of-20 shooting.
