Cole out at Plainview

The Plainview Indians are looking for a new head football coach. Corey Cole resigned to take the offensive coordinator position with the Sulphur Bulldogs.

Cole led the Indians to the state semifinals in 2007, and had Plainview in the playoffs again in 2008. A DUI in the off-season tainted what was otherwise a very successful tenure at Plainview.

Cole played under Jim Dixon at Sulphur and will serve as his assistant next season.

The search for a new coach at Plainview begins immediately.
