If she is half the coach as she was a player she will be great for Denison. In my opinion she was the best girls basketball player I've seen ever play the game. She had fire, desire and talent. She was the most instinctive player and she seen the whole court. She made things happen.

Hopefully Katie will have players who played with the high level of intensity and desire she had as a player. Being a first time head basketball coach at the 4A level will prove to be a challenge, but she'll put her whole heart into it. She'll expect and demand no less from her players. Get ready girls. There's a new Sheriff in town.
