Yanks, Rangers will play two Thursday

Heavy rains in the Metroplex that briefly flooded the outfield postponed the New York Yankees' scheduled game against the Texas Rangers on Wednesday night. It will be made up as part of a day-night doubleheader Thursday beginning at 2:35 p.m.

Andy Pettitte will pitch the first game for the Yankees and Mike Mussina the second. Kevin Millwood will start against Pettitte despite tweaking his hamstring Wednesday, Rangers manager Ron Washington said.

Robinson Tejeda, Wednesday night's scheduled starter for Texas, will pitch against Mussina.

KXII.com will have scores on both games as soon as they go final.
