ECU Men’s Golf Finishes 10th at Oklahoma Baptist Invite

The East Central University men’s golf team finished their regular season tournaments at the Oklahoma Baptist Spring Invite at John Conrad Golf Course. The Tigers finished 10th out of 15 teams at the event.

ECU was led by freshman Blake Long, who was participating in his first collegiate tournament. Long finished tied for 25th, out of 88 competitors, with a 149 (74-75). Junior Mickane Replogle finished two strokes behind with a 151 (77-74) and was tied for 34th.

Sophomore Blade Knox was tied for 39th with a 152 (73-79). Sophomore Michael Million was 67th with a 159 (76-83) and senior Brandon Nicholson was tied for 71st with a 164 (82-82).

The Tigers will now prepare for the 2014 Great American Conference Tournament at the Hot Springs Country Club in Hot Springs, Ark. The tournament is set for April 14-16.
