Mason Horner turned in a 75 on day two after a 76 on day one to card a total of 151 and finish 17th, while Coleman Caldwell did not finish the event, withdrawing between the first and second rounds.
Both SE and HU finished 14 strokes ahead of third-place Blue Mountain College who carded a team total of 597.
Great American Conference foes Southern Nazarene finished tied with Rogers State for fourth with a 605, while Southern Arkansas turned in a 610 to finish sixth.
East Central and Union finished tied for seventh with a 615, while Northwestern Oklahoma State posted a 633 for ninth, Ouachita Baptist carded a 635 for 10th and Lyon College rounded out the field in 11th with a 639.
