The East Central University men’s golf team finished seventh, out of 15 teams at the 2013 Texoma Chevy Dealers Crawford Wade Invitational hosted by Texas A&M Commerce at Tanglewood Resort.
The Tigers finished the weather-shortened 36-hole tournament with a score of 617. Senior Travis Keeley was the top finisher for ECU, earning a tie for ninth with a score of 149.
Freshman Jason Goben turned in a score of 154 and tied for 25th. Senior Dakota Robbins has a score of 157 and tied for 39th. Junior Brandon Nicholson was tied for 43rd, with a score of 158 and freshman Jordan Bates finished 74th, with a 170.
The Tigers will now be idle for a month before their next tournament March 24-26 at Hardscrabble Country Club. ECU will be competing in the Lion’s Classic hosted by Arkansas-Fort Smith.
