Okla. women's basketball team to play exhibition

NORMAN, OK- The Oklahoma women's basketball team is set to open the 2012-13 season with an exhibition game against Oklahoma Christian University.

The Sooners and OCU are to tip off at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman.

Oklahoma Christian is the alma mater of both OU head coach Sherri Coale and OU assistant coach Jan Ross.

Oklahoma plays its second and final exhibition game Tuesday against Henderson State.
