ADA – The East Central University men’s basketball team has hired Ja Havens as its sixth head coach. Havens will be coming back to his roots in the Oklahoma basketball community after spending his playing career at St. Gregory’s and Northeastern State and the first seven of his 15 years in collegiate coaching in Oklahoma.

The East Central University baseball team will start a six-game home stand to end the 2013 regular-season Friday, April 19 when they host Northwestern Oklahoma State for a three-game Great American Conference series. The teams will play a single game, Friday, April 19 starting at 2 p.m. and a double-header, Saturday, April 20 starting at 1 p.m. at Tiger Field.
