MARSHALL COUNTY, OK-- Investigators said a Marshall County Landlord was arrested twice in the past month on child sex abuse charges and could be involved in even more incidents.

Randolph Derebery was arresed on the charge of Rape by Instrumentation to a girl under the age of 16. The alleged incident happened in August 2011.

He pled not guilty and was released over the weekend on a $20,000 bond.

The alleged victim reportedly came forward last week after she found out Dereberry had been jailed on two other child sex abuse charges.

His next court hearing is set for April 27th.

The sheriffs office belives there are more victims and encourages them to come forward.
