Senato steps down as Sherman baseball coach
Sherman baseball coach Art Senato is resigning to take the head baseball coaching position at North Crowley High School.
Senato led the Bearcat baseball team for two seasons, reaching the playoffs in each. Sherman won the district title this season, but lost out of the playoffs in the first round to Longview Pine Tree. Senato led the Bearcats to the area round in 2011. The Bearcats were 43-20 under his direction.
