Cooke County, TX--A plane crash on the Red River leaves the Federal Aviation Administration wondering what went wrong.
FAA officials said on Tuesday, November 22nd, a small private aircraft flipped over when the pilot tried to land on a dry river bed twenty miles north of Gainesville on the Red River. No injuries were reported.
FAA spokesperson, Elizabeth Cory, said the crash might of occurred due to the brakes locking during landing but they plan on meeting with the pilot and furthering investigating the crash.
